We are a privately operated physiotherapy clinic, and our services are not covered by OHIP.

We offer direct billing to most extended health insurance providers for your convenience. Any portion of your treatment not covered by your insurance plan is payable at the time of your visit. Because every insurance policy is different, we are unable to confirm your coverage or benefits before your appointment. If you have questions about your plan, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly. In situations where direct billing is not available or your insurer requires you to submit your own claim, full payment will be collected at your appointment, and a receipt will be provided for reimbursement.

With access to a basketball court, turf, ballet barre, and full weight room, we can accurately test, rehabilitate, and prepare you for a confident return to sport, work, and everyday life.

Absolutely! If you've aggravated your symptoms, it's a great time to book an appointment with your practitioner. We'll assess what's changed, adjust your treatment plan if needed, and help you get back on track toward your recovery goals.

You do not need imaging before you book an assessment. In most cases, imaging such as X-rays, ultrasounds, or MRIs are not needed prior to an appointment. Your practitioner will perform a thorough evaluation to determine the cause of your symptoms and whether imaging would be helpful. If it's clinically necessary, we'll discuss the next steps and help guide you through the process.
